Bon Mua Oregon Scholarship
We believe every student should have access to a strong education. The Bon Mua Oregon Scholarship (BMOS) grew out of that belief — and out of 40 years of a family lifting up the people around it.
Coffee that gives back
As a family-owned and operated business, we’ve long shared our dollars, products, and time with schools, research centers, and charities across Oregon. In 2018 we established an Education Fund to support students and families in need, and began the Bon Mua Oregon Scholarship Foundation to keep that work going.
From the beginning, Bon Mua Oregon has also helped fund cancer research that seeks new cures and better care for children and families, and has contributed products and volunteers across Marion and Polk Counties and the greater Portland area.

2017
- Shared dollars, products, and time with local schools, research centers, and charities across Oregon.
- Joined the Salem Chapter of the Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) to promote the education of women through scholarships, grants, awards, and loans.

2018
- Established an Education Fund to support students and families who may be in need.
- Began the Bon Mua Oregon Scholarship Foundation.

2020
- Shared funding and products with The United Way, Marion-Polk County Food Share, and the Mill City Emergency Food Pantry.
- Supported individual scholarship recipients.

2021–2022
- Supported Mike, a homeless man in his 70s in North Salem, with food, clothing, and self-care support over six years.
- Provided coffee and gift baskets for the Marion-Polk Food Share “Chefs Night Out” auction.
- Contributed toward holiday meals for low-income Oregon families.
- Shared funding for music programs in the Salem-Keizer public schools and local children’s theater programs.
