Shipping
We ship all orders with FedEx standard shipping. Because every order is roasted to order in Salem, we pack and send it fresh rather than pulling from aging stock.
Free shipping applies to orders over $45.
Ordering a wholesale quantity? Shipping works a little differently — we'll send you the details and a confirmation by email. See our wholesale page to start an account.
Returns & exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll exchange, replace, or refund it. We accept returns and exchanges on any order — just reach out and we'll make it right.
