About this coffee
Our light roast shows what single-origin Vietnamese arabica can do. Grown by our family at high elevation and roasted gently in Salem, it opens with delicate floral notes, bright lemon zest, and a subtle herbal edge. The body is light to medium, the finish crisp and clean. This is a morning cup for people who taste their coffee rather than drink it fast. Typica variety, ripe cherries only, roasted weekly.
