Our medium roast is 100% Vietnamese Typica arabica, grown on family farms and roasted in Oregon's Willamette Valley. It leans sweet and fruit-forward, with notes of toffee, juicy apricot, and crisp apple over a balanced body and gentle acidity. The finish is warm and a little sweet — the kind of everyday cup that works with or without milk. Single-origin, never blended, roasted weekly from ripe cherries only.
