Single Origin Specialty — 100% Vietnamese Arabica, Dark Roast

Our Single Origin Specialty is 100% Vietnamese Typica arabica, grown by our family in the highlands and roasted dark in Oregon's Willamette Valley. Four decades of farming go into every 12-ounce bag: ripe cherries only, single-origin, never blended across regions. The dark roast pulls out smooth caramel and rich chocolate, lifted by a bright hint of citrus so the cup never turns heavy. Medium body, velvety mouthfeel, and a clean finish. This is the coffee that started it all for us — the one we hand a first-time visitor and say, taste for yourself.
